
Justin L. Williams | President
Williams, a native of Sulphur, Okla., has served the Chickasaw Nation in various capacities for nearly 20 years, including opening the Lazer Zone Family Fun Center in 2004 and SaltCreek Casino in 2012 as assistant general manager. In his most recent role, Williams had served as Area General Manager of Sulphur and Tishomingo Properties since 2017.

McKenze Smith | Executive Assistant
McKenze serves as the executive assistant. Prior to coming on board with the Foundation, she served as an ATS Specialist for Management Solutions.
Smith obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management and human resources from East Central University.

Lori Rico | Foundation & Corporate Grants Manager
Lori Rico, foundation and corporate grants manager, is responsible for designing, implementing and coordinating donor relations and a stewardship program that generates support from new and existing donors, identifies top prospects and strengthens relationships through strategic communications and ongoing cultivation. She also researches projects and is responsible for grants administration for the Chickasaw Foundation.

Blake Long | Communication & Project Manager
Joining the Foundation in March 2020, Blake manages our programs. Additionally, he oversees our communication outlets, including social media, donor emails, reports, and more.
Born and raised in Ada, OK, he graduated from Ada High School in 2013, and then earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from East Central University. After finishing his undergraduate degree, Long continued his education at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary to earn a degree in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry in 2019.
