We are three months into 2025 and, with the generosity of our donors, we continue to fulfill our mission “To promote the general welfare and culture of the Chickasaw people by supporting educational, health, historical and community activities and programs.”

There are many things happening at the Foundation, but I want to focus on three items that are most pressing: our scholarship program, Sulphur Storefront Grant, and the 4th annual golf scramble.

Scholarship program: In case you missed it, we released our 2025-2026 comprehensive scholarship application on March 10th. From business, education, criminal justice, healthcare, and many more, we are proud to offer a plethora of scholarship opportunities. And with our new scholarship management system, the process of applying is streamlined. The applicant simply has to input his or her contact and school information, and the system automatically matches it to the correct scholarships.

Sulphur Storefront grant: We’ve crossed over the $100k threshold of disbursements. It brings us joy knowing we can play an instrumental role in helping Sulphur business owners recover from the April 2024 tornado -- and we’re not done yet!

4th annual golf scramble: The 4th annual Chickasaw Foundation Golf Scramble -- presented by WebTPA, Peak JaniKing, and Christman Company -- will be here soon.
