Donor Spotlight: Tracy Thompson
“I give back to the Chickasaw Foundation,” Tracy Thompson said, “because the Chickasaw Nation has done so much for me and makes a tremendous impact in the lives of Chickasaw people, communities, and the state of Oklahoma.”
Thompson, hired by the Chickasaw Nation in 2023 as the medical director of ambulatory services for the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health, mentioned that donating to the Foundation allows him to play an important role. “[Giving back] allows me to participate and be a part of the values that the Chickasaw Nation holds very dear to them,” he mentioned. It gives me the ability to support issues and people, making a tangible different in their lives.”
He continued: “Donating to the Chickasaw Foundation offers a sense of fulfillment, purpose, and even a boost of happiness! Even more, donating can inspire others to give, creating a ripple effect of positive change. This is what makes the Chickasaw Foundation outstanding!”
“I have been involved with tribal healthcare most of my 30 years as a medical director and physician,” he explained. “The Chickasaw Nation has been a great experience and impact on my life and work. I have never regretted serving the Chickasaw people.”
Thank you, Tracy, for your generosity and commitment to Chickasaw families and friends!
