Chickasaw Foundation’s Donor Spotlight
“Giving to the Chickasaw Foundation is an honor,” Joshua Bess said. “There is no greater reward than to give of yourself for the betterment of others.”
Bess, who serves as undersecretary of Support and Sustainability for the Chickasaw Nation Department of Family Services and a trustee for the Chickasaw Foundation (CF), is thrilled to support the CF. “Giving to the CF is one way we can give the Chickasaw people and surrounding communities our help,” he noted. “Whether it’s to support students in their educational journeys or citizens in times of crisis such as natural disasters, cultural opportunities or other needs, I know my contributions will be used for the betterment of others.”
He continued: “The greatest gifts I’ve ever received is when I gave of myself, knowing it will positively impact someone’s life. The CF affords me the opportunity to receive this great gift over and over. Giving to the CF means the world to me, and I want to express my appreciation to the CF for allowing me the opportunity to give.”
Josh is married to Kassie Bess, and is the father of three beautiful girls (Brianna, Jayli, and Ellie). He enjoys spending time with his family, watching his girls play sports, outdoor recreation and more. He is prayerful and trusting of our Creator, which provides the ultimate example of selflessness.
Chickasaw Foundation is thankful for Mr. Bess’ ongoing support!
